MOSCOW, Sep 18 (PRIME) -- Russian tycoon Alexander Nesis’ ICT Holding has sold 19 million shares, or around 4%, in gold producer Polymetal at a price of 18 British pounds per share, Bloomberg reported Friday citing documents for the placement.
The entire stake was sold for 342 million British pounds. BofA Securities organized the deal.
Before the deal, ICT Holding held around 28% in Polymetal.
